The processing time for returns after receipt by our logistics team is 1 to 10 working days. 

This time is required to examine and validate the conformity of all returned items. 

If the return is for a refund, it will be processed within the same time frame. Once our team has processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email.

If it is an exchange, your new exchange order will be shipped within this period. Once your exchange order has been dispatched by our logistics team, you will receive a new tracking number by email.
